Amazing place in terms of location, garden, history, not...
Amazing place in terms of location, garden, history, not many people around, so you can feel privacy. Great breakfast and dinner.
Rooms as such are not very comfortable(it’s an old building with low ceilings) , but facilities, service and location cover all. I think it’s the best in Mallorca.

Love old school charm, position brilliant.
Love old school charm, position brilliant. Food magnificent and the bed was amazing - probably 7 foot wide.
Pool was stunning but service around pool little slow. The hotel was also very quiet at night which is good for restful holiday but no one was around in bar after 9pm. It was a particularly quiet week in Sept mid week.

The bedrooms are a little bit outdated. It would benefit from some refurbishment. One of the two restaurants available for dinner only offers buffet which is not ideal.

Spectacular but needs an overhaul at this price point.
Stunning location with a beautiful setting. Attentive and friendly staff.
Whilst I expect the food and drinks bill in a luxury hotel to be steep as the price you are willing to pay for the idyllic setting, amenities and attention to detail. This hotel is resting too much on former glories and I felt mugged off. The location is breathtakingly beautiful with lovely gardens however overwhelmingly let down by the poor quality of the fittings, budget furnishings and overall lack of maintenance - all came across as cheap.
